Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Returns are accepted for full refunds within 30 days of purchase. In order to receive a refund, we ask that you do not remove the Madison & Elm tag attached to your item(s) and that you return the item(s) in the state you received them, in the original packaging and with the original sales receipt or packaging slip. We also ask that all original papers, dust bag, box, authenticity card, keys, etc. are included with the return. Refunds will be made to your original form of payment.

If these requirements are not met, your return will be refused and the refund will not be issued.

To return an item, please contact us and we'll provide instructions and an address for delivery.

You may select a shipping carrier of your choice to return an order.
Shipping fees are not refundable.

Refunds

Returns are inspected and refunded within 2-4 business days of receipt. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
